Matrikaa Special Education provides educational and special education support services designed to assist children with individual learning, academic, communication, behavioural, and developmental needs.

Our services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis, clinical treatment, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or other medical or therapeutic services provided by qualified healthcare professionals.

Individualised Support

Every child learns differently. Our guidance, learning goals, activities, worksheets, flashcards, and other educational materials are selected or developed according to the child's individual needs and current level.

While we aim to provide meaningful and structured educational support, Matrikaa Special Education does not guarantee specific academic, behavioural, communication, or developmental outcomes.

Parent & Guardian Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about the child and for following through with recommended home-learning activities and guidance where appropriate.

The effectiveness of educational support may vary depending on the child's individual needs, participation, consistency of practice, and other factors.

Online Sessions & Communication

Online sessions, parent guidance, and communication are provided according to the selected programme or service. Parents are expected to ensure a suitable environment, internet connection, and necessary materials for online sessions.

WhatsApp or other communication support is provided only during the applicable period included in the selected plan.

Educational Materials & Digital Resources

Worksheets, flashcards, PDFs, learning kits, and other educational resources provided or purchased from Matrikaa are intended for the purchaser's personal educational use.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, or commercially shared without written permission from Matrikaa Special Education.

Payments & Services

Fees for programmes, sessions, and educational resources must be paid according to the applicable payment terms displayed at the time of purchase or booking.

Service availability, inclusions, duration, and support period depend on the programme selected.
 

No Guarantee of Results

Educational progress is individual and cannot be guaranteed within a specific period. Matrikaa Special Education provides guidance and structured educational support but does not promise a particular result, grade, skill level, or developmental outcome.

Acceptance of Terms
 

By using the Matrikaa website, submitting an enquiry, booking a service, purchasing an educational resource, or participating in a Matrikaa programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
